Project Assessment: Gather initial project details, conduct onsite meetings, discuss qualifications, scope, budget, timeline, and goals.
Preliminary Budgeting: Develop and review a preliminary construction budget to ensure financial feasibility.
Contract & Commitment: Present and execute the contract, followed by the initial deposit payment.
Collaborative Planning: Work with the team to refine goals, budget, and schedule, while advancing the project design.
Process & Risk Review: Review the construction process and phases while assessing project risks or pain points
Project Setup: Implement project management software including setup and instructions. Review communication plan & software capabilities.
Cost Finalization: Finalize construction costs with subcontractors and vendors. Secure necessary permits and documentation.
