WANTED: A Site Superintendent who wants to make a visible impact, grow fast, and get shit done.
We are looking for a high-functioning, multi-site leader. This is not a "sit in the truck" role. We want someone who takes pride in a clean and organized jobsite, someone who garners respect and accountability while maintaining understanding and empathy, and someone who’s sharp, organized, and respects themselves.
We rely on each other to independently execute while supporting each other. We share knowledge, we train on technology, we help the collective group grow, and always have each other's backs when challenges arise professionally and personally. We all do this together, with each other, and for each other.
