Overview

WANTED: A Site Superintendent who wants to make a visible impact, grow fast, and get shit done.

We are looking for a high-functioning, multi-site leader. This is not a "sit in the truck" role. We want someone who takes pride in a clean and organized jobsite, someone who garners respect and accountability while maintaining understanding and empathy, and someone who’s sharp, organized, and respects themselves.

We rely on each other to independently execute while supporting each other. We share knowledge, we train on technology, we help the collective group grow, and always have each other's backs when challenges arise professionally and personally. We all do this together, with each other, and for each other.

Responsibilities

You will manage multiple project sites simultaneously, balancing technical mastery, spec & blueprint knowledge, and the grit to personally pick up tools and handle minor trade work or punch lists when the job demands it. You will work alongside a team including a Production Manager, a Project Coordinator, and an Estimator to fully execute projects while prioritizing our customers' experience. The Owner of the company is very hands on, always accessible, and works closely with every team member to ensure personal fulfillment while driving career growth.

  • Multi-Site Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors across multiple sites, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and project timelines.
  • Hands-On Execution: Personally handle minor trade tasks, carpentry adjustments, and punch lists to enhance the customer experience and eliminate delays when necessary
  • Troubleshooting & Real-Time Problem Solving: Master blueprints and spec books to promote proactive planning, but being able to execute on-the-fly problem solving when situations call for it. Find "answers first" and catch document discrepancies before they stall momentum.
  • Elite Customer Relations: Act as the professional face of Klasik on-site. You're the one our customers will look to for comfort and confidence as the project progresses.
  • Technology: We keep the technology simple for you. You’ll utilize only a few easy to use technologies that are tailored to help you communicate, document, and plan effectively. If you’re a tech geek, bring everything you got and we’ll see what works with Klasik.

Requirements

  • Proven track record managing both commercial and residential projects from beginning to end (over $1M+ range).
  • A clear communicator who is dependable and can take direct feedback
  • Someone who can respectfully give and take constructive criticism
  • The determination and desire to always want to be better
  • A team-first attitude, able to share your goals while helping others achieve theirs
  • A calm, collaborative demeanor that handles pressure well
  • Physical capability to lift 50 lbs, handle heavy equipment/articulating ladders, and safely access commercial roofs.
  • Reliable transportation and the flexibility to adapt to occasional night/weekend schedules when project timelines require it.

Nice to Have

  • Post-secondary education or trade school experience in a related field.
  • Experience with implementing lean construction methodologies.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and inspection processes.
  • Experience with project management software and mobile apps for field use (BuilderTrend, JobTread, or similar).
  • A background in a craft that showcases a meticulous eye for detail.

Benefits

  • Work-Life Synergy: First, you get to select one day a week to work from home to handle your documentation, spec reviews, and administrative tasks. If you get your work done well, set your team up for success, and maintain trust among team members and customers, you’ll love what you do and fulfillment will foster balance.
  • Financial Growth: We pay people who perform. Period. We offer a competitive base salary with a bonus structure that rewards performance. Career advancement in a rapidly scaling company is a nice by-product of Klasik and our culture.
  • A Supportive Environment: A fun, high-accountability culture that treats you like an adult, champions your ideas, values mutual support, and respects your life outside those steel toed boots.
