Klasik Construction proudly partnered with Dr. Jawad Salman to realize the flagship location of Adjusted Health + Performance in Tinley Park, IL. Beginning in Fall 2024 and reaching completion by Spring 2025, this project was a testament to our ability to guide a client through a sophisticated build-out from inception to a pristine finish. Collaborating with Brookline Real Estate as the property owner and Perpetuum Design as the lead designer, our role was to translate a bold vision into a tangible, high-performance environment.

Dr. Salman's mission—to empower bodies with freedom to move and recover with ease—demanded a space that transcended typical medical aesthetics. This was Klasik Construction's first opportunity to work with Dr. Salman, and we embraced the challenge of creating a facility that truly reflected his brand's commitment to advanced care and long-term vitality. We provided the full Klasik Construction experience, meticulously executing our trademarked Customer Journey to ensure a seamless and transparent process.

The project itself was a unique endeavor. Perpetuum Design, led by Cristiana Crin, envisioned a wellness space with the design intention and sophistication of a high-end hospitality environment. Klasik Construction's expertise was instrumental in realizing this ambition. We transformed the raw space into a dark, modern, and confident atmosphere, layered with rich textures and intricate lighting elements designed to set an immediate tone of restoration.

Key attributes of this commercial construction project included:

• Dynamic Spatial Rhythm: A layout meticulously crafted to support the practice’s flow, from reception and waiting areas through various treatment zones.
• Custom LED Lighting Integration: Each zone was individually defined using bespoke LED lighting, carefully recessed and angled to highlight movement, provide comfort, and offer a sense of privacy without the need for physical walls.
• Seamless Custom Millwork: Foundational custom millwork was crafted for durability and visual elegance, including cabinets, treatment stations, and the reception counter, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic continuity.
• Curated Textural Palette: A sophisticated selection of wall treatments and textures, including striking wallpaper, added depth and warmth, perfectly complementing the darker tones of the overall design.
• Architectural Lighting: Moving beyond conventional overhead solutions, we integrated layers of light throughout the space, from built-in cove lights to feature lighting that softly accentuated textures and finishes. This created an environment that felt intentionally lit rather than artificially bright.
• Bold Restroom Design: A daring restroom design at the end of the spatial journey echoed the brand's strength, featuring deep hues, custom fixtures, and unexpected finishes, proving that no detail was too small to deserve exceptional design.

Despite navigating the holidays, typical construction speed bumps, and the introduction of tariffs in early 2025, the project remained on course. Our efficient execution ensured completion in just over four months of construction time, well ahead of the owner's strategic operational opening in late spring. The entire team shared a unified vision, and every stakeholder contributed effectively to advance the project.
