SITE PROJECT MANAGER

Description of Duties

•   Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

•   Oversee and monitor project progress to ensure schedules, budget, and quality are met

•   Coordinate with stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are achieved

•   Manage all on-site activities ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications

•   Conduct regular site visits to monitor and document progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to construction plans

•   Lead and motivate project team members while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment

•   Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members ensuring their understanding and accountability

•   Provide guidance and support to resolve any challenges or conflict that arise during project execution

•   Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards

•   Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and contractual obligations

•   Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality or compliance issues promptly

•   Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and issues

•   Prepare and present comprehensive progress reports, including financial summaries, to management and clients

•   Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different project teams and departments

 

Skills & Requirements

•   Minimum 5+ years of experience in a construction project management role

•   Minimum 10+ years of experience in a construction or industry related role

•   Proficient with technology

•   Experience with project management software and applications (BuilderTrend or similar)

•   Have a calm, positive, and solution oriented attitude in all situations
